Annie Murphy

Annie Murphy, aka Anne Frances Murphy was born at 19th December in 1986. Her birthplace was in Canada and has been working as an actress in film for a number of years. She was best known as Alexis Rose on the CBC show Schitt's creek that premiered in the year 2015. The show was cancelled in 2020. She got critically acclaimed for the role and received an Emmy Award. Primetime Emmy Award. Her parents taught. Both of her parents were instructors. Elmwood School was her first selection in Ottawa, where she participated in various stage performances. She then enrolled at Concordia University, where her stage performance degree was awarded. After that, she took courses in the Canadian Film Centre Actor's Conservatory where acting was taught. After turning 22 she moved her family to Los Angeles where acting became her career. Annie Murphy's acting journey began in 2007 when she made her debut television appearance with an action-punk film titled Lethal Obsession. She went on to perform small and additional roles in a variety of movies. Certain of the films are very popular like Story of Jen released in the year 2008, Lick in 2010, as well as A Windigo Tale released the following year. Additionally she appeared in Canadian television series such as Good God' aired in 2012 Rookie Blue which was aired during the same time. She appears to be adept at taking on various acting roles.
