Julia-roberts

Julia Fiona Roberts, born October 28, 1967 on the 28th of October, 1967 in Atlanta with Betty Lou Bredemus & Walter Grady Roberts. Roberts is the fourth Roberts generation that has lived in Atlanta, beginning with her grandfather who was a farmer, John Pendleton Roberts. Her father was a theatre enthusiast at an early time. When he was a college student in Emory University from 1952 to 1954, he was a part of several shows. He joined the Air Force in 1953. During his time being stationed at Biloxi Mississippi, was cast in the military's production, which featured Betty Lou Bredemus who was also in Air Force. They got married in 1955. Their son, Eric Anthony, was born in 1956. Walter was enrolled in Tulane University, New Orleans Louisiana. In 1957 they left the airforce and Walter started his education at Tulane. Walter began working for Atlanta Academy Theater and Harrington Scenic and Lighting Studio in 1960. Walter as well as Betty Lou began producing a children's TV show in Georgia, Decatur called Bum Bum and His Buddies. They funded the show themselves. In the following year, they established The Actors and Writers Workshop which operated for a period of six years. They had two more children Lelisa (called Lisa) Billingsley in the year 1965 as well as Julia (called Julie) in 1967.
